EXAMPLE:
configset listname description = my very fine list


This is a one-line description of a mailing list.  It is displayed by
the "lists" command.  The description should be no more than 50
characters long.  If no value is given, the first line of the
"description_long" setting is used.  If that setting is empty, the
line "(no description)" is displayed.
