EXAMPLE:
configset listname nonmember_flags <<MNO
ackreject
postblock
MNO

These flags are applied to posted messages that are sent by
non-subscribers.  The flags include:

  ackdeny
  ackpost
  ackreject
  ackstall
  hidepost
  postblock

Use the "help set" command to see a detailed description of the flags.
