EXAMPLE:
configset listname maxlength = 100000


The maxlength setting contains the maximum size in bytes of a posted
message.  By default, messages with bodies that exceed this limit will
be sent to the moderators for approval.

Setting this value to zero will disable the body length check.

The length of the body of a message is stored in the "body_length"
access variable.  If the limit is exceeded, the "body_length_exceeded"
access variable will be set to 1.  See "help configset_access_rules" and
"help access_variables" for more information on access variables.
