EXAMPLE:
configset GLOBAL confirm_url = no server configured


The confirm_url setting gives the location of the WWW interface for
confirmation.  This location is displayed in confirmation e-mail
messages.

The $TOKEN substitution variable is replaced by the token identifier of
a message or command that needs to be confirmed.
